Nightly rates are posted in CANADIAN dollars. Owner direct rentals save the 10% hotel tax and $25 resort fee.  Parking and housekeeping are included in the rates.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept payment by personal cheque, bank transfer or VISA or Mastercard.

Reservation Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total stay is required to secure your reservation.

Balance of Payment
The balance of payment for your stay is required 45 days prior to your arrival.

Security Deposit
A credit card number is required as security until the condo is cleaned and inspected.

Key Code Access and Arrival Info
Upon receipt of your final payment, we will e-mail the key code access information. Upon your arrival at the condo, we will have information available for you, including maps of Whistler Village and the mountains, a resort guide and other seasonal information.

POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable, unless your reservation can be replaced. Refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked; all cancellation refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Check In / Check Out
Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 am, unless other arrangements are made in advance with us.

Smoking Policy
NO SMOKING ALLOWED!  To maintain a clean and healthy atmosphere for the comfort of all our guests, our home is non-smoking. A smoking bench is provided on the outside deck.

Pets
NO PETS ALLOWED!  We maintain our home as an allergy-free environment.

Housekeeping
Our condo is supplied with fresh towels and linen upon check-in. Light housekeeping is provided every 3-4 days for stays of 8 days or longer. This includes fresh towels, a light wipe of the kitchen and bathroom, carpets vacuumed, garbage removed, and toilet paper stocked. For stays over 8 nights, a bed linen change is also provided. Kitchens are to be maintained by the guest.

Rental Age Restrictions
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and members of the party must also all be 25 years old. The exception is for families

Guest Discretion
A reservation is for a specified number of guests. Any increase in the size of your party must be approved by us.  Our strata by-law directs that all occupants observe quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am. Fines are levied for non-conformity to the by-law and this charge will be passed on to you. We reserve the right to interrupt your stay due to excessive noise or property abuse.
